Intentional Kindness

Intentional Kindness is the skill of intentionally doing something kind for another person without expecting anything in return.

Did you know that research shows that when you do something kind, you immediately feel a boost of joy and the recipient of your kind act does as well? Even someone observing an act of kindness gets the good feelings boost!

Regularly practicing kindness and compassion reduces stress and improves your well-being because it helps you to feel more connected -- something that is essential for us humans.

Today’s challenge: Your challenge today is to intentionally look out for opportunities to practice kindness and compassion in your day -- and make sure to do it at least once.
