The Bigger Why is the skill of developing a greater sense of purpose in your life by connecting what you do to how it positively impacts or contributes to something greater than you.

Feeling like what you do has purpose improves your resilience, helps you manage stress and activates you to bring your fullest capacity to everything you do.

And as you’ll learn in today’s video, it can also help you fall in love with your to-do list (OK, maybe not in love, but more in like?)

Today’s challenge: After you watch the video, your challenge is to actually *do* the practice I share in it, so take out your to-do list and get going!
