Where this came from
This framework wasn’t built in a research lab. I lived it.
I came to the United States at 13 with no English and no money. I built a career across McKinsey, venture capital, and five startups — including Happier, which became the largest gratitude-sharing mobile platform in the world and helped more than one million people. At 40, I burned out and picked up a paintbrush for the first time. I became a self-taught artist and now show my work internationally.
Every reinvention taught me the same thing: change is not something you endure. It is the catalyst for growing into the person you are truly capable of becoming.
